Who is in Reception?

This year the Reception teacher will be Miss Brierley.

She will be supported by Mrs Duxbury and Mrs Everitt.

We have lots of fun learning new skills in our Reception Class. This term we will be asking the question:

"What makes me special?"

What you can do to help at home:

Reading - read as much as you can at home and practise your words and sounds, at least three times per week.

Writing - continue to practise writing your name, forming all your letters correctly and holding your pencil using 'froggy fingers'.

Maths -  It is important that you keep practising writing your numbers to 10, forming them correctly and recognising them .
