PE Curriculum

The school uses REAL PE as its main resource across school. REAL PE works on fundamental movement skils and focuses on producing phsically literate children. It highlights agility, balance and coordination as the three main areas for children to develop in order to become physically liiterate. This then feeds into all others sports and activities that the children may engage in. Below are the levels of skills that the children practise through school. It is progressive and builds upon previous learning as the children go through school. The skillls become more challenging and the children are encouraged to achieve their personal best each time.

In KS2 the children also take part in traditional games in order to put these skills into a real life situation.
